adding a header image

i have version 1.3 and am looking to upgrade to latest.
i have loaded the header image as http://www.sportscareeradvice.com/wp-content/themes/Wp-Answers-Blue/images/logo.png
i have then edited the header.php file for 900 width and 180 height.
trouble is the logo isnt sitting right.
pls can someone help me edit the code so the logo is sitting correctly.. which file do i need to edit?

tried looking in firefox firefly but cant find where to edit the height of header better.. -
